Bill’s journey began in the U.S. Navy, where he served as a Military Working Dog Patrol, Narcotics and Bomb Handler, Kennel Master, and Instructor. During his service, he trained and certified 256 Military Working Dogs, building not just expertise, but a deep understanding of canine behavior, obedience, and the bond between dog and handler.

It was here that Bill developed a philosophy that still drives him today: discipline, patience, and positive reinforcement can transform any dog into a confident, obedient, and happy companion.
